5 signs that you're NOT into someone
Not into them into them, or I just don't like them? One is more specific than the other, but also a little weird. So I'm going to assume the latter.
1. I'm always too busy to see them face-to-face.
If you can't stand someone, only see them when there's a group of people around to keep the conversation moving, so that you don't get bogged down talking to someone you don't want to. Simple, but efficient.
2. I avoid their eyes.
Or at least I think this is true... but then it also applies when I talk to people that just make me edgy, but who I like well enough.
3. I say extra random things.
Because it doesn't really matter, and maybe it'll make them go away. This one time I explained in great detail why it would be difficult to wrap up part of the mountains in Colorado and ship them to Finland. The key is to do this stuff with a straight face, like you absolutely think it's possible.
4. I just make less of an effort to be considerate.
Taking people into account is not something I do automatically, but with people I don't like, I don't always bother to even try. I'll admit to having done a few pretty cruel things, like ditching someone at a party when more interesting things started happening, just because I was indifferent.
5. I can't come up with nr 5.
It depends too much on the person, really. And how much I don't like them. Do I really resent them or do they just bore me? I suppose I'd go with avoidance in both cases. And back-handedness and dishonesty, if I were forced together with someone I genuinely hate. But I don't hate a lot of people, I don't think. I dislike a whole lot - but I'm self-aware enough to know that that is mostly due to my own hangups, so it's a little different.
5 things you do when you're bored
1. Memes!
2. I browse fanfic.
3. I talk to my friend Sándor on Skype
He's sort of always online, and almost always available for random chatting.
4. I go to Lillanna's room and yell "I'm bored!"
This is usually followed by "what should we watch?" or random conversation on a random topic that might either take hours, or just be 5 minutes of us saying "oh really? Yeah!" at each other. (One of the best things about flatmates, btw. One is very rarely bored.)
5. I crochet and listen to an audiobook.
I'm not kidding, I really do do that. Usually I crochet while watching TV, but it's not the "I'm bored, could do that" type activity. It's more like "I'm home! Now I'll watch tv and crochet and damn anyone who tries to interrupt."
This past summer, going running was a real option too. Since the snow, though, I leave the house for exactly three reasons:
1. I need to go somewhere, like to class or a game, and teleportation has not yet been invented.
2. The dog wants out.
3. I'm out of food.
