I just finished listening to Someone you might have been.

RPF is so very much not my usual cup of tea, and if I'd just read the summary to this fic there's a very good chance I would've just assumed it wouldn't be my thing, and moved on.

I would have been very wrong. Because. Guh. That was good. Seriously. So very, very good. I may have been ruined for life.

Ah, that is one of my fave. It's one of those fic that break you and then put you back together piece by piece. Also, you have scary timing I've been just re-listening to it in the past couple of days (I?m only halfway through - I love epic long podfic!).

I used to think RPF was not my kind of fic, util I got into it simply because of the sheer numbers you can find in audiofci form, and you know what? RPF AUs are basically just awesome spy/romance/adventure/mystery novels with names of famous hot guys. Or at least, that's how I choose to see them. I'd totally buy some of these fics, if they were an original novel, for reals.

Oh, that fic aboslutely broke me. In a whole crying and screaming sort of way. Kind of embarassing really. Considering that for some of that I was out walking with the dog and I'm pretty sure people thought I'd gone crazy.
