The thing about the walking is that it really is sort of helpful for a lot of things. It's fairly laid back exercise, doesn't feel that different from walking, but since you use the walking sticks, you use a lot more muscles so it's good for you all around. But... well, it looks like you've gone out skiing but forgotten that it isn't winter, and my mom knows that I won't ever pick it up as a hobby, no matter how healthy it is. I'm just too vain :P But she just keeps bringing it up. If I talk about losing weight, or being tired, or period cramps - I think right now she's mostly doing it on principle.
